Hello, I’m Dan and I created NOLA DECO as a way to share with the public more than 20 years of experience as a set decoration buyer for the film and TV industry in South Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. A lot has changed in two decades, but one constant is that our region has a vibrant culture surrounding interior and exterior design and decor shopping, whether it’s new, used, vintage, or antique finds. NOLA DECO is a streamlined, curated, user-friendly site, with additional features soon to follow as we get rolling.

You can use NOLA DECO’s search function for specific needs, or simply browse our directory for inspiration. In addition to being a directory and resource guide, NOLA DECO will also be a media space to explore the very personal nature of decoration, and reflect an appreciation for the things we surround ourselves with, that comfort and delight us and help us define who we are, regardless of station in life. NOLA DECO will also celebrate the search and exploration for these treasures which, of course, is its own adventure.
