Friends of the New Orleans Public Library - Latter Library

Description

The carriage house at the majestic Latter Library—a crown Jewel not only of the New Orleans Public Library system but the city as a whole—is one of the best places to shop for used books in the city. In addition to organized sections of fiction and non-fiction, there is a well-curated local author and theme section. If you're in the market for physical media, you're not going to find a better deal than their 5 for $1 DVDs. For movie people, Friends is also a great place to load up on linear feet of books (usually $1-$2 per title) as well as vintage books and volumes. Looking to donate books? Check out FNOPL's guidelines: friendsnola.org/donate-books.
